- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Bake Time: 15 minutes
- Servings: Makes 18 cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I the bowl of a double boiler, combine chocolate, condensed milk, and salt. Heat until melted and continue stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add coconut and vanilla. Stir to combine well.
- With a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set. Let cool on wire racks.
