Gentl and Hyers for Bon Appetit


I love shopping for fresh greens for a shoot – there is always something new and in season to discover.  I found these greens at the Union Square farmer’s market for Bon Appetit with photographers Gentl and Hyers.  The real challenge is finding something for the magazine’s lead time, often 2 or 3 months in advance of the real season.
